PresciaIQ Review: Real Client Results from Australian Businesses

We're aware that writing a review of your own company is an inherently awkward exercise. So we'll keep this factual: what we built for each client, what the measurable outcome was, and what we'd do differently. No testimonial padding, no vague claims about "transforming businesses."

BuildHire: Equipment Hire Platform

BuildHire came to us needing a digital platform that could handle instant quoting, date-picker booking logic, and fleet management for their equipment hire business. The previous website was a static brochure site with no online booking capability, which meant every enquiry required a phone call and a manual quote.

We built a full-stack React platform with real-time availability checking, instant quote generation based on hire duration and equipment type, and a fleet management dashboard. The platform went live in 8 weeks. Within 90 days, BuildHire's online booking rate went from 0% to 43% of total bookings, and average quote-to-booking time dropped from 2.3 days to 4 hours.

Longevity Australia: E-Commerce Platform

Longevity Australia needed a platform that could handle the complexity of research-grade peptide e-commerce — age verification, complex bundle logic, clinical credibility, and Stripe integration — while maintaining the trust signals required for a health product in a regulated category.

We built a Next.js platform with custom bundle logic, age-gating, and a clinical design system. The platform launched on schedule and has maintained a sub-2-second load time across all pages. Longevity's conversion rate on the new platform is 2.1x higher than on their previous WooCommerce site.

Loop Consulting Group: Corporate Website

Loop needed a website that would position them as a premium B2B consulting firm to enterprise clients — not a small agency. The brief was "executive-level" and the audience was CFOs and COOs at ASX-listed companies.

We built a Next.js site with Framer Motion animations, a dark editorial design system, and a content architecture designed around the decision-making journey of a senior executive evaluating a consulting partner. Loop reported a measurable lift in inbound enterprise enquiries within 60 days of launch.

What We'd Do Differently

On the BuildHire project, we underestimated the complexity of the fleet management backend and had to extend the timeline by 2 weeks. We've since built a more robust scoping process for projects with complex inventory logic. On the Longevity project, the initial age-verification implementation had edge cases we didn't catch in testing — we fixed them within 48 hours of launch, but we now include more comprehensive edge-case testing as a standard part of our QA process.
